The Universidad Católica Andres Bello’s Proyecto Integridad Electoral Venezuela (PIEV) released its third bulletin, published in Spanish and English. This bulletin looks at the process whereby the new National Electoral Council (CNE) rectors are being selected, and forwards some scenarios.
