A group of Venezuela scholars has created a new blog called Venezuela Dialogue as a space for discussion and debate of Venezuela’s economic and political crisis. The first topic of discussion is whether or not the OAS is playing a constructive role in Venezuela and what it could do differently. Miguel Tinker Salas, Jennifer McCoy, Mark Weisbrot and I put forward our positions.
